Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Manuflo platform and website at manuflo.app ("Service"), operated by Manuflo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

To use Manuflo, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Manuflo only for lawful business management purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Manuflo, including customer records, orders, materials, and financial information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Manuflo offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
• If your payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier after a grace period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Free tier limitations

The free tier has usage limits (orders per month, printers, materials, customers). If you exceed these limits, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue creating new records. Existing data will remain accessible.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep Manuflo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, hosting provider issues, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of liability

Manuflo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
