• Business data — orders, customers, materials, printers, quotes, invoices, and other data you enter into Manuflo to manage your business.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but we never see or store your full credit card number.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as page views, feature usage, and session duration to help us improve the product.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Manuflo service.
• Process your subscription and billing.
• Send you service-related communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, important updates).

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Supabase (backed by PostgreSQL) in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your data.

We use the following third-party services to operate Manuflo:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS.
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the Manuflo application.
• Export your data — we will provide export functionality, or you can request an export by contacting us.

Manuflo uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
